BURN

Tailored to suit all fitness and ability levels, our signature Burn classes combine body weight resistance training and cardio. The class is structured to balance bursts of intensity with short rest breaks to get your heart rate up. Our team ensure to offer high and low impact options to ensure all movements can be tailored to suit your body. Come and join us to not only burn calories and increase your fitness, but to release those endorphins and have plenty of fun!

FAMILY FIT

Our Family fit classes are all about fun and convenience! Suitable for all ages, these sessions are designed to combine cardio and resistance to allow children and adults to benefit from the key social, physical and cognitive benefits of training together. All movements can be modified to suit different abilities. Let’s get the music pumping, those disco lights on and have some Family fun! Children that are not yet able to follow instructions may benefit from trying out Mini Mover program first.

Suitable for all experience levels and abilities, our Strong sessions are all about building your strength using your own body. This class features a range of body weight movement and resistance band training to tone and strengthen your muscles. All movements are adaptable to suit your bodies needs using time under tension and form modifications to increase the degree of difficulty as you get stronger.

MINI MOVERS

We are passionate about integrating the key  benefits of Sports at a young age, in a fun and supportive environment.


Our programs allow little athletes to improve key  social, physical and

BOXING FIT

Our Boxing fit class combines body weight training and cardio with Boxing skills and drills. 

 

With no boxing experience required, this class is perfect for all ages and abilities. 

These sessions also assist in increasing other physical skills such as balance and coordination. 

Weights at Gym

LIFT

Lift is our signature circuit style class of weight based training. Designed to tone and strengthen your muscles, the class is a combination of machine and free weights interspersed with body weight resistance exercises. To uphold our hygiene standards and align with our COVID safe plan, all Lift sessions are limited so be sure to book your weekly sessions in advance.

Move it

BEGINNERS


'Move it' is our signature dance program for beginners.  This class is a choreography based program where you will learn dance moves and routines without too much focus of technique. Learn the basic skills of dance while having so much fun in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Our instructors often assign themes to class to add another layer of fun (think 80's Party night, Divas, Disco and much more!).

At Move, we are all about collaboration. We love to bring together dancers and instructors across all styles of dance to learn together. 

Each week we offer a different workshop, often hosted by guest instructors. These workshops are designed to develop your inter-disciplinary skills to ensure you become a well rounded performer.

Shake it

BEGINNERS

'Shake it' is our beginners dance cardio class. The disco lights are on, the music is pumping and you are having a ball!

Dancing to a range of music styles, this class will have you working up a sweat while dancing up a storm. 

Although it is a workout, you will feel like you are at a Dance Party, learning different dance moves, sequences and routines along the way.

Some people just want to dance for fun and others might like something like the Move Showcase to work towards. 

Our performance groups are small group classes that focus on a particular routine for a performance. 

More Elite performers will be offered external performance oppotunities.

Children's Classes

We are lucky enough to have the renowned 'Count me in' dance School as part of our Move Studios Community. 

They host a range of classes for little dancers as young as 1 year old. They are well known for their premium service, inclusive culture and affordable pricing. All CMI classes are simply $10 pay as you go. Jump over to their website for all the details.

This class is best suited for people with some previous dance experience but is open to everyone.

It is easy to fall in love with the famous Spanish dance Flamenco. 

The flamenco is a solo dance characterized by hand clapping, percussive footwork, and intricate hand, arm, and body movements.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Laughing Yoga

Yoga Flow

In Yoga flow we take a vinyasa approach to our class where each posture blends into another like a beautiful dance. With the music flowing we use the tempo to assist with our breath into each movement. In Yoga Flow we build our cardio, strength and flexibility, as we challenge ourselves to a faster pace flow. With breath and movement being our main focus for the class, it feels like a moving meditation as we keep the music as our guide.

Rapid Compression Boots

Rapid Compression Boots are wearable leg cuffs that use active sequential compression to help our legs recover faster by assisting the the removal of metabolic by-products. The compression starts at your ankle and works towards your hips, creating pressure proximally back towards your heart.

Kids yoga is an introduction to the world of yoga! In kids yoga we learn calming breathing techniques, yoga postures and mindful relaxation (meditation).

Yoga creates greater awareness of not only the body but of our breathing and emotions as well. After experiencing kids yoga, children often feel more relaxed, mindful of their bodies and minds, and gain confidence while staying active.

It’s a non-competitive environment for children to learn something new and feel safe while exploring their movements.

No matter your age, recovery is important. Teaching young Movers how to maintain their body from a young age is an invaluable healthy habit.

As part of our Family Movers programs, Family recovery is a fun and relaxed class suitable for the whole family. Combining Pilates, Yoga, Stretch and Meditation, your whole family will leave feeling connected and refreshed.

Blasting good tunes, we will get ready to sweat with this Pilates and Cardio combo that will have you coming back for more! The Power Pilates Goals classes, our Signature Pilates Classes - focus on those areas that can always do with extra love and attention – arms, abs, legs and booty! You will be feeling the burn in all the right places! These classes will have you buzzing from an endorphin hit.

Good for your general health, heart, blood flow and weight loss – cardio is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and even help you sleep better.

Myotherapy

Myotherapy is a system of health care primarily focusing on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain. Myotherapy is used in the treatment of acute and chronic conditions as well as preventive management. Myotherapists treat various issues such as sporting and occupational injuries, stiffness and soreness, chronic pain and overuse syndromes plus other chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Prenatal Yoga Lesson

Pre & Post Natal

A gentle class designed for the New Mums and the Mums to be.

The female body endures extreme changes and often challenges in the lead up to and recovery from childbirth. Staying active and strong during this time is a gift you can give yourself and your baby.

This class will keep you active and limber in a safe and supportive environment. Endorphins released through exercise improve mood… Happy Mumma, Happy Bubba!

Basic Yoga

Beginner friendly yoga, is a chance to try something new in a casual and inclusive space. Yoga is for everyone! So, learning the correct alignment in your postures (asanas) and adapting breath to movement (pranayama) is essential in your yoga journey. Come to beginner friendly yoga classes for a slower flow, where you can feel the power in each pose. This class is a mindful practice with a focus on building confidence and awareness in your body.

Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of any kind, from elite athletes to weekend warriors. We generally focus on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. Sports massage therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event.
